Still not sure if 40 Hour Fast Track is right for you?

Here are the most common questions teachers ask us when deciding whether to join:

How do I know the program is going to work for ME?

Over the past seven years, more than 48,000 K-12 teachers have successfully used these materials to help them conquer overwhelm and reduce their work hours.

Only 2.5% of teachers who join have requested a refund.

That’s because 40 Hour is about your mindset and your habits, not what or where you teach. You can take what you learn through the club and apply it in ANY job for as many years as you’re in the classroom.

The best way to find out if 40 Hour will work for YOU is to jump in with both feet and give it a shot. Immerse yourself in the community and try out some of the strategies.

Join us and check out the resources. Everything's released up front, so you’ll be able to tell right away if Fast Track is a good fit. If it’s not, there’s nothing to lose. Send us an email within 21 days of joining, and you can get a full refund.

Is the goal to work only 40 hours a week?

For some members, yes. Others choose their own target number of hours that's more realistic for their teaching context.

40 is the number of contractual hours many educators are required to work. The number 40 is designed to take you aback and get you thinking:

Wait, 40? How could that be possible when teaching consumes every waking minute of my time?

The goal of Fast Track is to help you find a more sustainable way to do this teaching thing well & make a big impact for kids.

We conquer overwhelm right away so that you’ll have the energy and mental bandwidth to follow through on systems to get organized, streamline routines, give kids ownership of the classroom, and be truly intentional about how you use your instructional, contractual, and personal time.

THAT’S the real benefit of the program, and it’s the process which makes it possible to work fewer hours.

What if I don't have time to learn how to save time?

Fast Track is a 6 week condensed version of our 12 month Full Year program--it doesn't get any easier or faster than this!

Plan to spend about one hour on each of the six modules in Fast Track, so six hours in total.

You can do this all in one weekend, or spread it out, tackling one module each week or even each month.

Use as many or as few strategies from each module as you’d like—just a few small tweaks to your mindset and daily routines in that one area will start moving the needle, so you’ll feel relief from overwhelm immediately.

There’s no pressure to “do it all.” Use only the ideas and printables that seem most relevant to your teaching context.

You can always come back to anything you skipped later, as you’ll keep your access to all these materials for the rest of your teaching career (at no extra cost!)

How are the Fast Track materials different from those in the Full Year course?

The strategies you learn are the same in both programs--there is nothing in Fast Track that you won’t also find in the Full Course.

Only the format and the depth of the materials are different. Fast Track is a condensed version of the Full Course, and instead of covering every topic, it includes just the most essential ones for mid-school-year. And, instead of including all the strategies for the most essential topics, it includes just the ones past participants have found MOST impactful.

Fast Track does not include anything for back-to-school, end-of-year close out, or any other seasonal materials. It’s just the resources you need to trim 3, 5, or 10+ hours off your workweek right away in the middle of the school year.

Fast Track is perfect for teachers who:

  • Don’t want to be overwhelmed with a lot of material to sort through
  • Don’t want to commit to a year-long program
  • Need to get quick results NOW
  • Want to learn the strategies in less time at a lower cost
  • Like to skip to the “best stuff” and prefer summaries to in-depth explorations

Can I get continuing education or graduate credits for 40 Hour PD?

You can now get graduate-level credits toward your masters degree for completing any of our 40 Hour programs!

Learn more about our partnership with the University of the Pacific–Benerd College.

Though we don't have accreditation through any state departments of education, many of members have been able to use the editable professional learning log provided and the PD certificate we provide.

You may be able to use 40 Hour as support in meeting your personal PD goals, and we'll help you provide documentation for your principal to show that you have made progress toward those goals.

I'm Angela, and I founded the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek program back in 2015.

I've spent 11 years as a classroom teacher and over a decade more as an instructional coach and educational consultant. I designed this program based on what worked for me as a teacher, and spent years refining the strategies based on what I've observed through supporting club members.

More than 60,000 teachers have used the 40 Hour resources to take control of their time...and now, we're supporting instructional coaches and administrators to create change on a school-wide level.

Together, we are proving that you CAN be a great educator without sacrificing everything for the job. There IS a more sustainable approach to this work, so you can keep doing what you love, without burning out.

When you join the 40 Hour Fast Track program, I personally guarantee that you will feel less overwhelmed and more organized, AND you’ll begin trimming hours off your workweek right away.

If not, send us an email within 21 days of joining, and we'll refund your entire payment.
